About Amit

Strategic finance and M&A leader operating where telecom, capital markets, and AI intersect.

Over my career, I’ve helped shape the capital structure, product economics, and commercial strategy of one of the world’s largest telecom operators. I’ve led multi-billion-dollar transactions, designed device financing programs, evaluated acquisitions, and partnered with senior executives to unlock new profit pools and customer value.

Today, my focus is on AI-augmented finance: using modern data stacks, machine learning, and large language models to build decision systems that continuously optimize pricing, promotions, portfolio allocation, and customer lifetime value—while still holding up in the boardroom and with rating agencies.
